Surveillance Technician – Ficksburg, Bloemfontein & Lesotho
POSITION INFO:
We are urgently seeking a detail‑oriented Surveillance Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced security systems to ensure reliable monitoring and compliance with company standards. Key Requirements: National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) Minimum 3 years' IT experience At least 2 years' experience with:
- IT Hardware
- Network Infrastructure
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control Systems Valid South African driver's license and own transport Good computer skills Calm, structured, and professional personality Install, monitor, repair, and troubleshoot surveillance systems Configure and maintain access control systems (biometric devices, intercoms, electronic locks, etc.) Perform cable installations and device connections Ensure installations comply with company SOPs Recommend suitable equipment placement Verify CCTV cameras are operational and report non‑conformances Responsibilities: Position Type: Permanent Location: Ficksburg, Bloemfontein & Lesotho Salary: Market‑related (TBD) Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30
