Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally

Troubleshoot product or service issues

Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Ensure a great experience for every customer

Requirements

Strong communication skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Comfortable using support software (we’ll train you!)

Previous customer service experience is a plus
