aLoveSupreme is a quirky, illustrative range of lifestyle, homeware & stationery. We are looking for a Production Manager to assist us on a full-time basis with production planning, ordering of stock & management of suppliers. With offices in Woodstock, & a store The Watershed, V&A Waterfront, we are a close-knit team of 18 people on a mission to grow this business & have fun along the way!
Your responsibilities would include:
- Planning, ordering & controlling stock & raw materials from suppliers & inhouse seamstress. – Research & develop new products & manage product offering. – Manage production budget.
- Build & maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise quality control & accurately capture deliveries of stock on Cin7 POS. – Check & sign off supplier invoices & resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.
Experience required:
– This job is for you if you have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a production environment (incl CMT) & understand the importance of deadlines & effective communication. The ideal candidate works well independently, is proactive & can complete tasks with efficiency. We are looking for someone who is systematic, detail-oriented & able to multi-task; a problem solver who gets the job done!
– Applicants should be proficient in Excel & using Google Drive, & should be fully computer-literate in order to learn to use our task manager (Asana) & stock system (Cin7).

Salary:
R15000-R24000 depending on experience.
