As a
Supply Chain Coordinator,
you will manage the full supply chain relating to logistics, this is essential to ensure goods are received/delivered on time. You will also manage the full procurement cycle.
This position is based in Airport City, Cape Town.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics:
A-Z of all National and International shipments.
Managing all logistics operations; packing list, commercial invoice, inventory, shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound goods
National shipping – Courier Companies.
International shipping – Dealing with freight forwarders. Some knowledge of Customs Regulations, Compliance, Tariffs, Classification Codes etc.
Procurement:
Sourcing
Prepare, placing, expediting & track of orders
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
National Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Knowledge of Customs Regulations, Compliance, Tariffs, Classification Codes etc.
Proficient in MS Office and a ERP System – preferably Epi Cor
