Manufacturing Supervisor –

Duties:
- Supervise daily activities of production/shop floor staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
- Manage attendance, punctuality, discipline, and provide basic staff supervision.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.
- Oversee production targets and ensure work is completed on time and efficiently.
- Enforce quality control standards and inspect products before approval or dispatch.
- Monitor usage of materials, reduce waste, and report stock shortages timeously.
- Compile daily/weekly reports on production, staff performance, and operational issues.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE in the workplace.
- Resolve operational issues, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement efforts.
