Are you someone who can:
Manage a capability stream within a capability
Enable aninclusive culturethat upholds FNB’sdiversityand transformation guiding principles
Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encouragesemployee growthand performance excellence
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own andemployee development
Develop, encourage and nurturecollaborativerelationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
You will be an ideal candidate if you can:
Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture
Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thoughtleadership,innovativeand integrated practice solutions
Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters
Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
Participate in the development of a Capability Stream strategy to enable/support the delivery of platform driven value creation through use case solutions delivery
