Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager at a growing U.S.-based company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
Qualifications
More than 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Client Success in a similar role
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to analyze data and formulate strategies in line with the required outcome
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Coach, manage, and Mentor leaders within the business to achieve KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in operational management tools and software
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Requirements
Help run daily operations for a U.S.-based small business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all areas
Manage capacity planning as well as utilization to support the achievement of business targets, volumes, and operational budgets
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and performance
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions
Measure, asses and report on the performance of teams against targets and industry norms
Support the development and execution of company strategies to drive growth and success
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Compensation
$ 1,500 – $ 2,500 per month, paid in USD, depending on experience.
Details
Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
