As a Study Recruiter, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoringinnovativerecruitment strategies to expand our database of healthy volunteers and patients. This role includes active recruitment of trial participants, managing advertising campaigns, maintaining participant databases, and collaborating closely with study teams to meet recruitment goals.
What we are looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to expand the participant database.
Organize and managecommunity engagementand recruitment events.
Actively recruit trial participants through community outreach and external venues.
Collaborate with study-specific teams to recruit specialized populations.
Update and maintain participant databases, ensuring accuracy and effective use of Clin Base.
Compile, review, and place advertisements for general and study-specific recruitment.
Manage marketing stock and evaluate advertising campaign outcomes.
Oversee social media platforms and website content to support recruitment initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams, maintain opencommunication, and ensure clarity in participant interactions.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills with meticulousattention to detail.
Analytical skillsto track and assess recruitment campaign outcomes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ateam-orientedenvironment.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to responsibilities and challenges.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writtencommunication skills.
Strongmultitaskingand prioritization skills, with apositive attitudetoward new assignments andlearning opportunities.
Ability to inspire trust and reliability among trial participants.
Knowledge and Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
Proficiency in data management and processing tools such as Clin Base.
Proficient in English, Afrikaans, and Sesotho (or other relevant local languages; multilingualism is highly advantageous)…
