R.A.W. Projects is looking for a Boilermaker to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take and read measurements
Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency
Proficient in Mig, Tig and Arc Welding
Plan layouts and procedures for fabrication
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used
Set up components for welding
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Conduct site meetings to review project milestones, assess work quality, identify any deviations from the plan and to make sure that the construction activities align with specifications and design intent
Able to manage, guide and lead team to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
Requirements:
Trade Qualification, relevant training and/or certifications in Boilermaking
Proven work experience as a boilermaker or similar role
Previous experience in structural steel fabrication and construction industry
Knowledge of construction methods and technologies
Be able to read, interpret and fabricate from workshop drawings
Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management
