We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead strategic fundraising and build our pipeline of funding partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate and secure funding from high-net-worth-individuals, family offices, corporate partners and philanthropic networks.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders interested in legacy-driven impact, real estate development and urban transformation.
Collaborate closely with the Board of directors and CEO to refine funding strategies, pitch materials and donor engagement plans
Structure and close initial funding deals to support FEST’s mission
Ensure alignment of funders expectations with the foundations mission, financial goals and governance practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record of raising significant funding (R50M+) from private donors or investment aligned philanthropy.
Strong personal network within business, philanthropic or investment communities.
Experience in nonprofit development, investor relations or strategic fundraising, particularly for social infrastructure, real estate or impact ventures.
Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence and professional presence.
Comfortable working in a mission-drive, fast-moving environment with ambitious goals.
