POSITION STATEMENT

The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and fostering a high-performance culture. The HRBP partners closely with business units to deliver HR solutions that support growth, innovation, and employee engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that drive organizational success.

Translate business needs into integrated HR solutions, policies, and programs.

Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent initiatives.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders.

Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential talent.

Design and execute performance management programs to drive employee development and accountability.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.

Support and guide leaders through change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity.

Facilitate leadership development programs and interventions.

Employee Relations & Workforce Compliance:

Advise leadership on complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and organizational alignment.

Promote a culture of fairness, inclusion, and collaboration while mitigating risks.

Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations.

HR Program Execution & Delivery:

Implement core HR processes, including compensation planning, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated people solutions.

Analyze HR metrics to assess the impact of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

Build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners.

Communicate HR strategies and initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.

Champion an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
