Introduction
Job Purpose To drive and deliver on end-to-end store support project management processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence whilst ensuring consistency across stores.
Job Description
Job Objetives
To define the scope of the project in collaboration with operational management
To create a detailed project plan to successfully deliver the project within agreed timeframes and budgets
To ensure that that projects are delivered on time, within budget and at required level of quality
To effectively manage and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project
To continuously train and up skill store staff on chain store image
To effectively manage all projects within the division relating to new stores, refurbishments, drop-ins, store closures as well as other merchandise and ad-hoc projects
To effectively support the stores in the division through regular cyclical as well as ad-hoc store visits
To evaluate the outcomes of the project and report on and drive recommended areas of improvements
To be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Essential: Matric
Desirable: Project management qualification and/or relevant B. Degree
Essential: Minimum 3 years project management experience within a retail store environment
Essential: Extensive experience managing multiple tasks / projects
Essential: Exposure to operations and / or marketing merchandise
Desirable: Experience with SAP and MS Projects
Job Knowledge And Skills Required
Essential: Knowledge of retail store systems and processes
Essential: Knowledge of general project management processes and principles
Desirable: Knowledge of Clicks business processes
