We are looking for an experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, stock control, purchasing coordination and logistics while supporting our technical and project teams.
The role will be responsible for:
- Managing high-value inventory, stock movements and serialised equipment.
- Allocating project and technical stock and ensuring materials are available for installations.
- Coordinating purchasing, supplier deliveries, repairs and stock transfers.
- Managing daily collections, deliveries, fleet coordination and logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records and transactions on BPO and other systems.
- Supporting Project, Technical, Sales and Branch teams with stock and operational requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain accurate stock levels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse, stores or inventory control.
- Experience in electronic security, electrical, telecommunications or IT – NON NEGOTIABLE !
- Experience managing high-value or serialised inventory.
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems and strong Excel skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong organisational, planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, take accountability and collaborate across teams.
