Position: Storeroom Manager
Location: V&A Waterfront
Full-Time | Immediate Start
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Storeroom Manager to join our team and manage stock operations across our two busy restaurants within 1 setting.
Duties include:
✅ Issuing stock to both restaurants (morning & afternoon)
✅ Daily stock control & rotation (FIFO)
✅ Receiving & inspecting deliveries
✅ Maintaining a clean and organized storeroom
✅ Weekly & monthly stock counts
✅ Placing orders & liaising with suppliers
✅ Keeping accurate inventory records & reports
✅ Supporting kitchen teams and upholding hygiene standards
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role (hospitality or food service preferred)
Good organizational & communication skills
Able to work independently and manage time well
Honest, punctual, and proactive
