Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of technical and non-technical items
- Ensure all stock is stored securely, neatly, and in an organized manner
- Receive, inspect, and issue stock in line with company procedures
- Handle physical movement, packing, and binning of stock
- Conduct regular stock counts and support audit processes
- Capture all stock transactions accurately using Infor EAM system
- Monitor and manage stock usage to minimize losses and variances
- Provide daily feedback and observations to the Store Supervisor
- Deliver high levels of internal customer service to maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Perform any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Infor EAM or similar stock management systems
- Understanding of building maintenance and technical stock items
- Basic procurement and inventory control knowledge

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
Advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in a related field
Experience
- 2 years’ clerical experience in a technical environment
- 2 years’ experience as a Handyman or Artisan Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures
- Experience working with Infor EAM
