We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a positive and professional work environment for staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
3+ years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
