Full Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated retail manager to join our team at Cash Converters Ottery. As a key member of our retail operation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
– Lead and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
– Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience
– Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
– Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
– 2+ years of retail management experience
– Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
