Skills Required:

Strong customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, staff, and management

Well Spoken- Strong Command of English (Afrikaans- Advantageous)

Good Interpersonal Skills

Time Management- Effecting handling of multiple tasks (Scheduling of staff, handling of stock and administrative duties)

Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create appealing store displays and floor layouts that maximize sales potential.

Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeated sales.

Experience Required:

Grade 12 / Equivalent

2-5 years in a sales environment

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential

Managing stock, tracking stock, and implementing control measures to minimize stock losses.

Prroven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
