Position: Store Leader – Old Khaki
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve the annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.
Manage and control the financial aspects of running the store to ensure profitability.
Adhere to merchandising standards in line with brand requirements to ensure a good product mix.
Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and ensure product availability by monitoring stock-related risks.
Deliver exceptional customer service to provide the best customer experience.
Build excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external).
Manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning, and administering payroll properly.
Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold people accountable appropriately.
Align team members to company culture and create a fun environment.
Implement all company policies and procedures.
Maintain health & safety practices.

Minimum Requirements:
Microsoft computer proficiency.
Clear criminal record.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ store management experience.
Minimum of 8 years’ retail experience.
Experience working in a large retail store with a turnover of more than R 20 million per annum.
