Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and organizing stock levels.
Lead and motivate a team of store staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
Monitor and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Prepare and manage store reports, sales figures, and performance tracking.
Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and ensure product displays are in line with marketing strategies.
Manage cash handling, including cash registers, banking, and petty cash.
Collaborate with upper management on store performance and improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5Â 500,00 – R6Â 000,00 per month
