automotive technology group is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their
dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing vehicle inventory across multiple brands, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-owned and runner vehicle stock management
Handle comprehensive invoice and documentation processes
Coordinate NATIS registration and licensing
Perform weekly stock takes and pricing updates
Manage trade-in vehicle documentation and processing
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dealership Stock Controller
Corporate dealership and pre-owned vehicle experience
Proven knowledge of used vehicle payment processes
Expertise in invoice and floorplan management
Critical Skills
Superior engagement with staff and suppliers
Deadline-driven with ability to meet targets
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Strong multi-tasking capabilities
Excellent planning and prioritization skills
Technical Requirements
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Proficiency in Evolve software (preferred)
Strong digital literacy
Working Conditions
Full-time position
Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Additional Saturday morning hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
