Position: Stock Controller (Medical) (Trifour)

Our client in the Medical Industry is looking to hire a Stock Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Ordering of all stock, ethical surgical, non-chargeable and consignment.

· Capturing of invoices/credit notes within 48 hours after receipt on Trifour

· Maintain adequate stock levels

· Early communication of out of stocks items

· Handling of consignment stock

· Managing of stock takes

· Managing of slow-moving stock

· Following the AVL Preferred list according to the 80/20 principal

· Liaise with internal team for any outstanding invoices/credit notes required

Skills and Requirements

· Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.

· A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in stock in the healthcare sector

· Knowledge off Theatre stock advantageous

· Proven work experience as a Stock Controller

· Working knowledge of inventory management software Excel, Pastel and Trifour

· Excellent organization skills

· Good communication and negotiation abilities

· Good understanding of supply chain procedures
