PURPOSE
OF POSITION The Stock controller is responsible for Ensuring that the Kanban stock levels meet company’s needs, monitoring shipments to customers/subcontractors as well as Internal transfers between departments within one business enterprise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly Kanban counts and Daily stock Audit.
Cycle count management and Variance investigations. Stock receiving, scanning of supplier’s invoices and storage in accordance with pre-established standards of work,Sign off on all order despatch in accordance with pre-established standards of work as well as management of POD Folder,Project
stock Management
,Track Shipments, book collections and address any delays,Update of daily management boards,Other Ad Hoc Tasks PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
/achievements Matric with at least partial warehouse/Supply chain Qualification Experience/Knowledge Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse
