Job Title : Motor and Home Direct Sales Agent

Role Overview / Purpose
The Sales Agent acts as a brand ambassador to grow the in-force book through the sale of personal lines products. Success in this role is achieved by educating customers on product benefits, providing excellent customer service, and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications :
Matric / Grade 12
RE5 certification
FETC :
Short-term Insurance NQF4 or higher (preferred)
Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DOFA period, FAIS Fit & Proper)
Experience & Skills Required :
3 years call centre sales experience
1 year outbound call centre sales experience
2 years of motor and home sales experience
Fluency in English plus one other official language
Key Responsibilities :
Maximise policy sales and monthly written premiums in a compliant, customer-centric manner.
Engage professionally with lead providers and customers.
Execute the sales process with skill, knowledge, diligence, and integrity.
Provide competitor quotes where necessary to meet customer needs.
Optimise each lead by offering additional products where applicable.
Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure customer acceptance.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and attentive listening.
Match product benefits to customer requirements and demonstrate value.
Overcome objections with appropriate responses.
Maintain self-motivation and productivity, particularly when working remotely.
