Start-up Company opening in Wilmer TX on Oct 5th. I am hiring for these full- time positions.
All hires must have a clean background and pass a drug test.
We are launching an exciting new start-up focused on construction and heavy equipment operations related to assembling power generation enclosures used at data centers. We are seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our growing team. We are in need of proactive Engineers that will work out in the field and the shop. These positions are not Office jobs. I am hiring for a Senior and Junior one of the following:
1) Project Engineer
2) Mechanical Engineer
3) Electrical Engineer
4) Quality Engineer.

Duties
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
- Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
- Document and report project progress to collaborators and clients.
- Review project plans and proposals, and collaborate with management to determine project objectives.
- Identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project.
- Manage project budgets, including materials, labor, and other associated costs.
- Coordinate with different teams and professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure all parties are aligned with the project objectives.
- Assess and mitigate project risks, including analyzing and managing technical risks.
- Ensure the project is compliant with the applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is staying on time and within budget. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and upper management through reports and presentations.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and problem-solving processes for project design and product issues.
- Responsible for project documentation, including keeping detailed project notes and records.
- Participate in the final testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and well-structured test plans for manufacturing processes related to acoustic enclosures, power generator packaging, exhaust systems, liquid storage tanks, power and E-houses
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certifications in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve design, manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Lead training sessions for production staff on quality control methods and best practices.
- Manage supplier quality assurance and conduct vendor audits as needed.
- Monitor the identification, traceability, and proper storage of incoming materials.
- Inspect incoming materials in accordance with project specifications.
- Update and tagging asset management all equipment and tools throughout the organization to ensure accurate identification, traceability, and control.
- Conduct calibration of all equipment and instruments at defined intervals and to maintain and update the master list to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and control the implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain procedures and formats for the Quality Management System to ensure consistency, control, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to define and implement Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Root Cause Analyses (RCA), ensuring effective resolution and prevention of recurring issues.
- Comply with and uphold ISO policies and procedures to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain and regularly update CAR trackers to verify the effectiveness of Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) actions and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with all workplaces and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and best practices within the manufacturing environment.Promote a safety culture by providing training sessions on occupational health and safety standards.
- Work closely with the HSE department to align quality and safety initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical failures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO, HSE).
- Collaborate with project teams, including mechanical, civil, and QA/QC engineers, for integrated system design.
- Manage installation, maintenance, and calibration of electrical equipment and instrumentation.
- Monitor performance of electrical systems and propose improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to junior engineers and site staff.
- Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement, and inspection of electrical equipment.
Qualifications
- Senior Engineers must have at least 3 years or more of previous experience in the role they are applying for.
- Junior Engineers must have at least received their Master’s degree in the field they are applying for along with relevant work experience while attaining their degree.
