BASE $70,000/year plus up to $15,000 in Bonuses/yr! (based on exp/skill)
Earn from $70,000/yr to $85,000+/yr (based on experience/skill)
Drive Now Acceptance, Superior Car Credit’s in-house financing company, is seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated Senior Collector to join our collections team. We have openings in both our E Dundee and Marengo, IL locations.
We Offer:
- Great Pay: Base Pay of $70,000 with up to $15,000/yr in BONUSES (based on exp/skill)
- Earnings potential of up to $85,000+/yr (based on exp/skill)
- 5 Day, 40 Hour Work Week: Saturdays are REQUIRED until 3pm

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years Total Collections Experience REQUIRED
- 3+ years experience in Auto Collections is aREQUIRED
- Bilingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH) is REQUIRED
- Subprime auto collections experience PREFERRED
- Extensive knowledge of repossessions and impounds, skip tracing, & loan restructuring
- Creative problem-solver, someone who thinks outside the boxs, solutions-oriented, with the ability to help customers get back on track with payments
- Experience with initiating repossession when necessary
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Solid, consistent follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
