Job Title: Spray Painter
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various materials using a spray gun.
The Spray Painter must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
Select and mix paint colors to match specifications
Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun
Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs
Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary
Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
The Spray Painter will work in a variety of settings, including workshops and factories. The Spray Painter must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
