The Role
As part of our permanent team, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, assisting with store administration, and driving the team’s overall sales success. With a leadership mindset, you’ll help guide and motivate fellow sales staff to deliver outstanding results and maintain our store’s high standards.
Job Duties:
Cash Control
Perform cash desk duties; ensure daily cash control, banking, and accurate manual transactions with zero cash variances.
Stock Control
Follow daily stock procedures, manage customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and maintain storeroom organization and shoe pairing.
Customer Service
Deliver outstanding customer service, foster relationships, and maintain strong product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in apparel and footwear
Shift running experience will be advantageous
Complete Matric/Grade 12 qualification
Additional Requirements:
Retail administration disciplines
Stock & cash management
Product knowledge
Sales knowledge and selling skills
Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to the cash desk, stockroom, admin and all other relevant policies
Numerical ability
