Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Speech Therapist to join our already AMAZING team in providing quality care and a strong work environment for our colleagues here in Glendale, AZ.
As a Speech Therapist at Bella Vita, you will work under the supervision of our Director of Rehabilitation to provide an exceptional quality of care that will not only improve the lives of our residents but will also align with our commitment to excellence.

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function, and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Educational Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
Specific Requirements:
- Must hold a current and active State license or registration and National Certification
