Responsibilities:
Serve as a refined ambassador of the brand, offering a warm, bespoke client experience that reflects the artistry and elegance of our collections.
Design custom jewellery pieces in collaboration with clients, translating their vision into timeless creations that reflect their personal style.
Anticipate and exceed client expectations through thoughtful, tailored recommendations and a deep understanding of their needs.
Maintain strong sales performance by cultivating lasting relationships and consistently achieving individual and store targets.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay informed on trends in fine jewellery, design, and luxury fashion.
Uphold the highest standards of store presentation, ensuring an environment that reflects the brand’s sophistication and excellence.
Requirements:
A Grade 12 qualification
A formal qualification in jewellery design is essential
1 years Sales experience (luxury or hospitality industry is desirable)
Articulate and poised, with a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship and storytelling.
Proactive in approach and consistently exceed expectations
Maintains the highest standards of presentation, with a discerning eye for detail and Jewellery craftmanship
Navigates luxury environments with grace, sensitivity, and professionalism
Builds genuine client relationships while maintaining confidentiality
