PURPOSE
The Specialist will need to sell specialised cleaning including high level access cleaning, ensuring that we gain extra market share by consistently meeting and exceedingsales targets..
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Matric or Grade 12 Certificate.
National Diploma/Degree Marketing or any other relevant tertiary qualification.
Proven track recordof 5 years sales experience in selling specialised cleaning.
Positive attitude, high energy and intrinsically motivated.
Excellent Network Equity in the business sector
Presentable and always confident
Ability to work under pressure
Passionate about hunting and bringing new business
Valid and legitimate driver’s license with own reliable transport
Knowledge of the area an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Using existing networks to acquire new and opposition customers
Formulate, call and plan cycle as well as daily call reports
Manage own time
Meet targets and monthly deadlines
Grow Sanitech brand in the niche specialised cleaning field
Build and maintain relations in order that Sanitech becomes the preferred supplier
Prepare quotes with accurate costing and follow-up
Formulate a project pipeline and keep it updated
Handle complaints and queries
Work closely with other departments (Operations and accounts)
Must be able to communicate with staff and customers at all levels
Network with other companies within the Waco Group
Assisting with general branch duties from time to time
