Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized
education
programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. Collaborate with general
education
teachers, parents, and support staff to create a cohesive
learning environment
. Adapt and modify curriculum to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Provide direct instruction and support to students in both individual and group settings. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Valid Special
Education
teaching certification.
*** Must have early childhood special
education
authorization,
** Bilingual Spanish Preferred, CA Shools Experience Preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation. Excellent
communication
and
collaboration
skills. Experience working with students with various disabilities is a plus. Commitment to fostering an
