Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries

Maintain high-quality service standards

Work according to a structured shift schedule

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish (B2 – C1 level) (speak, write and read)

Must have customer service experience (minimum 12 months)

Must have Matric qualification

Comfortable working on-site

Willing to work European and/or South American Hours
