Primary Responsibilities Include:
Providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services using various techniques and products
Conducting consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, while providing recommendations on appropriate treatments to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience
Preparing treatment rooms before each guest appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambience for guests
Assisting in managing the guest appointments when necessary
Assisting guests and providing knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience
Requirements
What You Bring:
Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, communicate effectively with guests, and provide personalized attention to meet their individual needs and preferences
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols related to spa services
High level of professionalism and ethics; ability to adhere to professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate ethical conduct in interactions with guests.
