A luxury tented camp nestled within a prominent nature reserve in South Africa is seeking a dedicated and talented SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CDP to join their culinary team
This exclusive 8-sleeper camp offers an intimate and authentic safari experience, demanding exceptional
culinary skills
and seamless kitchen management for up to 10 guests. A candidate with a passion for creative menu planning, impeccable
food presentation
, and an ability to thrive in a tranquil yet demanding environment will be an ideal fit.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally in luxury hospitality.
Ability to manage all kitchen operations, including creative menu planning, food presentation, stock control, costing, and health & safety.
Live-in position with en-suite room, meals, uniform, and laundry service.
Work Cycle: 3 weeks on, 1 week off, plus 21 days annual leave.
