Purpose
Statement
Design and implement end-to-end solutions for card management and transaction switching systems.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define system requirements and business goals.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers.
Minimum Requirements
At least 7 years’ experience in systems architecture/design.
5 – 10 years’ proven knowledge of and experience with Card Management Systems.
3-5 years’ experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and business process modelling.
Strong understanding of network architecture and security protocols.
Experience in cloud computing environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and Dev Ops practices.
Linux Server experience.
Card Management/Transaction Switching Systems experience.
SQL Server/Postgres/Oracle experience.
C#/Java programming experience.
Familiarity with containerization technologies.
A thorough understanding of PCI DSS and ISO
8583.
Ideal
Education:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Management.
System architecture(technical design and implementation processes).
Systems analysis and design.
UML or equivalent modelling language.
Technical Test Plan Design.
