We're growing fast and we're looking for a driven, personable Software Sales Executive to help us bring Cnnect to more businesses.
The Role
We're looking for a results-driven salesperson to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll be the face of our platform to prospective clients, building relationships, running demos, and closing deals that make a real difference to how companies engage their people.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Present and demonstrate the Cnnect platform to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to closing the sale
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to Cnnect's growth and objectives
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM up to date
- Stay current on the Cnnect platform, including new features and enhancements
- Represent Cnnect professionally and deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Genuine interest in HR tech, employee experience, or workplace culture is a plus

Compensation: Base salary + 5% ongoing commission on all sales
