Position: Software Engineer (Front End)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer (Front End) in Stellenbosch!
Requirements:
Minimum
B.Sc. in Computer Science Hons, BEng (with Computer Science subjects up to final year), or equivalent, plus 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Full-stack UI development experience.
Familiarity with UX interaction design processes, including user research and personas.
Experience building new UI architectures from scratch.
Experience with automated test development and processes supporting continuous integration.
Experience in multi-threaded, performance-centric design.
Experience deploying solutions to production, providing support and maintenance, and troubleshooting based on user and support feedback.
Experience designing and developing for distributed, service-oriented architectures.
Experience integrating diverse systems within a service-oriented architecture.
Knowledge of Semantic Versioning.
Experience estimating and planning software development efforts.
Application of SOLID design principles and modular architecture principles.
Experience with TDD, automated testing, and continuous integration.
