ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficiency in .NET and C#
Solid experience working in Linux environments
Strong understanding of Docker
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
Willingness to take on responsibilities as defined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
BONUS POINTS IF YOU BRING:
Experience with Kafka
Knowledge of Kubernetes
Familiarity with Git Ops
Experience with Git Hub Workflows
Understanding of Azure
Knowledge of Terraform
Configuration management experience
Familiarity with observability/alerting tools (e.g. OTEL, Grafana, Prometheus)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
IT Diploma / Degree or equivalent IT work experience
6+ years of software development experience
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Collaborating to design, develop, and maintain scalable software
Participating in the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment
Writing clean, maintainable, efficient code
Reviewing code and providing valuable feedback
Troubleshooting defects and improving performance
Contributing to CI/CD automation and Dev Ops efforts
Staying current with tech trends and continuously improving practices
Documenting processes and technical knowledge
Being part of a rotational standby team
