We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in C# (C Sharp) development to join our team in Durbanville Office, South Africa. This role requires a professional with a strong technical background and a passion for developing backend systems using Microsoft technologies. The right candidate will have experience in C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and API & SDK integrations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
Must-have Skills:
C#:
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Solid understanding of core principles and best practices.
Microsoft SQL Server:
2 years of hands-on experience with database design, optimization, and management.
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
API & SDK Integrations:
Strong experience in integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
Knowledge in developing and consuming web services.
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) & Windows Forms:
Experience in developing desktop applications with a focus on user experience.
Languages Proficient In:
English: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Location and Salary
Remote Policy: This is an office-based role.
Location of Position: Durbanville, South Africa.

Salary Range: Market Related for Intermediate Developer
Candidate Profile: We are seeking a candidate who is a keen problem-solver, passionate about building efficient and scalable backend systems. You should be comfortable with a range of development tasks and demonstrate a clear understanding of software development principles. A background in building applications with .NET Framework and a good grasp of modern development practices, including the use of Visual Studio, Git for version control, and an appreciation for Agile methodologies, is essential.
Additional Qualifications

Proficient in using Git for version control.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and logging tools is a plus.
