What You Will Be DoingLead multiple technical teams in delivering the full product lifecycle, from features to support and maintenance, while driving continuous improvements in efficiency,optimization,innovation, andteam development.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or information technology – Computer Science
Functional knowledge particular to the product (e.g. Credit or App)
People management and development practices and principles
Stakeholder management
Budgeting and accounting principles
Business analysis and design
Project Managementprinciples and methodologies
At least 5 years’ experience in software development management
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience of:
leading and working in anagile developmentenvironment
crafting roadmaps
managing a budget
using technical skills to support and guide a technical team
establishing priorities and successfully managing deliverables
utilizingcommunicationand relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders
usingleadershipto influence in other areas.
