. Responsibilities
Hands-on
software development using Enterprise software. Collaborate with team members on software development projects. Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications. Participate in client meetings and contribute to solution brainstorming sessions.
Learn and apply best practices in software development and
project management
. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong academic record with no outstanding modules Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
