As a Social Media Responder, your primary role is to engage with fans and followers on behalf of high-profile social media influencers across various online platforms. You will be responsible for responding to incoming messages in a way that maintains the influencer’s voice, fosters meaningful interactions, and enhances fan engagement. This role requires strong adaptability, quick thinking, and excellent written communication skills to ensure authentic and engaging conversations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fan Engagement & Message Management

Respond to direct messages, comments, and interactions across multiple social media platforms.

Ensure that responses are timely, engaging, and align with the influencer’s persona.

Maintain a high volume of daily interactions while ensuring personalized and meaningful conversations.

2. Authentic User Interaction

Engage with fans across a wide range of topics, tailoring responses to individual interests.

Keep conversations engaging and natural to build strong fan connections.

Uphold the influencer’s brand voice while ensuring positive and professional interactions.

3. Relationship Building & Community Growth

Foster and sustain ongoing relationships with followers through consistent engagement.

Encourage repeat interactions by making fans feel valued and heard.

Help strengthen the influencer’s community and increase fan loyalty.

4. Performance Metrics & Quotas

Meet or exceed daily messaging targets to maintain consistent engagement levels.

Example:
If the goal is 320 messages per 8-hour shift, aim for an average of 40 messages per hour.

Ensure efficiency in handling high message volumes while maintaining high-quality interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for online engagement.

Ability to quickly adapt to different conversation styles and tones.

Strong understanding of English slang, colloquialisms, and internet culture.

English language proficiency at B2-C2 level.

Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.

Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines.
