What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a social media strategy to attract tenant inquiries
- Create scroll-stopping content, graphics, videos, and captions
- Manage accounts end-to-end: posting, engagement, and growth
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally
- Support property listings on platforms like Zillow and Trulia
- Optimize property photos, descriptions, and details
- Track performance and improve what’s working
What You Bring
- Proven experience in social media marketing and growth
- Strong graphic design skills
- Real estate or rental industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with listing platforms (a plus)
- Strong English communication; bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
