Social Media Marketer, Google Adwords Specialist & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Social Media Marketer, Google Adwords Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Linked In (M&T – property marketing only)
Any other platforms that might be added
The Village – update, adverts
Eco Boulevard – update, adverts
Boardwalk – update, adverts
Olive Wood Village – updates, adverts
Google Adwords:
Design text and keywords, maintain updates
Website:
Update content constantly
Proofreading, editing of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Design:
Billboards
Pamphlets
Ads for social media and events
Safety signs
General notices – design and print
Site plans & floor plans
Launch designs and folders
In-house show books
Launch Marketing Material
Photography:
Assisting our in-house photographer if she cannot attend to all the details.
Attend events at Irene Farm for photos for marketing purposes – these will be after hours.
General:
Proof checking all pamphlets, articles etc.
Assist with admin duties where needed
To assist where help is needed within the Company and to carry out any lawful and reasonable instruction/request from Management.
Minimum Requirements:
2 – 3 Years experience as a Graphic Designer working with high volumes
2 – 3 Years experience in Google Adwords and Social Media Marketing
Own reliable transport
Ability to work under pressure
