Full Job Description
Dynamic and digitally savy social media and marketing advisor to drive on line brand presence product visibility and sales. Be hands on experience with social media strategy, content creation and e- commerce platforms.
You will play an important role in connecting our brand with our online customers, growing our digital footprint and supporting sales growth.
Managing online store operations, including product listing’s and inventory management.
Processing orders,payment and returns.
Handling customer enquiries and providing support.
Analyzing sales and customer interactions to optimize pricing and promotions.
Managing social media accounts.
Handling shipping and packaging logistics when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in social media, marketing or e-commerce.
Proficiency in tools like canva, Google Ads, basic excel.
Knowledge of SEO, E-mail Marketing and Online sales.
Able to multiple task and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R12Â 500,00 – R20Â 000,00 per month
