Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media strategy, performance and community across a portfolio of brands within a growing e-commerce business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and develop social media strategy across multiple brands
- Build and manage content plans across platforms, formats and campaigns
- Lead social listening, monitoring sentiment, competitors and emerging trends
- Analyse social performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, ensuring consistency in brand voice
- Develop and manage influencer and ambassador relationships
- Work closely with Performance Marketing to align paid and organic social
- Commission photography and coordinate content shoots
- Line manage and develop a Junior Social Media Manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Social Media Management or Community Management role.
- Proven experience managing social media across multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and community dynamics.
- Strong social media analytics, reporting and performance measurement experience.
- Experience managing influencer and ambassador relationships.
- Previous people-management or line-management experience.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools within social media and marketing workflows.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media planning.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
