The ideal candidate loves social media, has a great eye for design, and can create engaging content and strategic plans. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies for our organisation and internal initiatives, aligning with overall marketing goals.
Create detailed content calendars, outlining themes, topics, content formats, and posting schedules.
Create mood boards and visual ideas to help with content creation. This will keep our brand consistent on all platforms.
Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Content Creation & Design:
Design and produce engaging content, including static images, videos and various social media assets.
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
Post on social media for our brands. Make sure to share engaging content on time, following the approved content calendars.
Monitor client social media channels for engagement and community management.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with other team members, including influencers, and other external parties to drive project success.
Communicate regularly with management regarding social media performance, strategic updates, and campaign results.
Content Production & Direction:
Provide creative direction, planning, and execute shooting for internal social media and paid campaigns.
This will include UGC (User Generated Content) videos, and product shoots.

Clear Compensation: We believe in being upfront. This role offers a CTC package ranging between R15,000 – R18,000 per month, with the final figure dependent on your specific skills and expertise you bring to the team.
