About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, idea-driven Social Media Manager who can turn strong ideas into content that performs. You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, and executing content across multiple clients, while also owning our internal social platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop scroll-stopping content ideas tailored to different audiences
- Turn ideas into clear briefs for editors, designers, and videographers
- Manage posting and scheduling via Agorapulse
- Plan and execute Instagram Stories
- Handle community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
- Manage and brief UGC creators
- Assist with content shoots and planning
- Own and grow Local Truth Studio’s accounts: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest
What We're looking for
- Strong content ideation skills
- Ability to think in hooks, formats, and trends and above all, engagement
- 2–4 years experience in social media or content
- Agency experience is a plus
- Highly organised results-orientated and detail-driven
