Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team in Welkom. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who can manage social media for multiple businesses across different industries. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, is detail-oriented, and understands how to grow and engage online audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for multiple brands on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Monitor account activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with online communities
Work closely with business owners to understand brand voice and goals
Design graphics or coordinate with a designer for visuals and promotions
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) and track performance
Prepare basic reports on engagement, growth, and campaign success
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience managing business social media accounts
Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Creative writing and content creation skills
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Good time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
Fluent in English (Afrikaans a strong advantage)
